The temperature wasn't too cold and we enjoyed the shaggy snow. We purchased tickets in advance and the process went smoothly. We would definitely use this again.

I went to Spring Valley Sendai Izumi Ski Resort with a friend. The round-trip bus plan from Sendai Station was very convenient, eliminating the need to find transportation on my own. The bus was comfortable and ran on time. The resort facilities were well-equipped, and ticket exchange was smooth. The staff were also friendly and reassuring. It's a great place for beginners and even experienced skiers. The snow scenery was beautiful, with plenty of photo spots. We got the most out of our 8-hour pass. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip, and I'd definitely like to go again.

The online advance lift tickets for Spring Valley Sendai Izumi Ski Resort were cheaper than usual, and on the day of the event, I could easily get my tickets at the exchange machine without having to wait in line at the counter. This allowed me to use my time efficiently and enter the resort smartly without having to take out my wallet, which was extremely convenient. The price was also great, and I was able to start skiing early in the morning without wasting time, so I would definitely use this service again.

We participated in this tour on February 3, 2026. The itinerary was well-planned, the travel time was precise, and we even arrived early, allowing ample time for sightseeing and photos. Our guide, Ms. Yuka, provided enthusiastic introductions, and all members of our group were punctual, making it a wonderful trip. Because there was sufficient time, we were able to participate in the paid fox-holding and photo opportunity at the Fox Village. Furthermore, all information on the cruise ship in Matsushima was available in both Japanese and Chinese. The mode of transportation was a mid-sized bus; if you're worried about not being able to walk back to the parking lot, you can mark your parking location on Google Maps on your phone. We chose this tour because we didn't want to go to Ginzan Onsen (crowded, small attraction, long round trip), and Zao Ski Resort had a separate full day available, so this itinerary perfectly met our needs.

I watched four shows: the sardine aquarium show, the sea lion show, the dolphin show, and the penguin show. I thought they were great. There were also various other aquariums where you could observe fish and other small animals, but the seats were a bit far away.
