KKDay's shuttle service was excellent. Because of rain that evening, our itinerary changed, and we were worried about missing the bus. We inquired about changing the time, and they responded promptly, which was great. They even allowed us to change the time, which we greatly appreciated. However, other aspects of KKDay's service were terrible. For example, we never received our JR train tickets, and customer service didn't respond. My family called KKDay's customer service from Taiwan at 7 AM the next morning, and they only said the voucher had been sent, but we hadn't received it in the app or via email (including spam). This severely disrupted our plans for the day. Because of this experience, we will never use KKDay again. However, this shuttle service experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it!

I was extremely satisfied with my day trip to Ghibli Park! First and foremost, I want to commend our guide; their service was incredibly professional and friendly, and the entire itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to enjoy the scenery without any worries. The park is truly vast, and the details in each themed area are meticulously crafted, making it a very enjoyable experience to explore (I highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes). Although I was traveling alone, the well-planned itinerary made it completely convenient, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the world of Ghibli. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended – five stars!

It's so much fun! We practically have the place to ourselves on weekdays. The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, and there are several interactive games you can play endlessly. It's perfect for families and couples. They even give you a colorful poop toy to take home!
