Both the exterior and interior of the tower are beautiful, and the night view of Fukuoka is stunning. It's not crowded, making it great for taking photos. Public transportation is relatively inconvenient; taking the bus is easier. There are also shops nearby.

The whole trip was enjoyable, though the rain was a bit of a disappointment. However, the tour guide was professional and enthusiastic, the tour bus was comfortable, Lake Kinrin was beautiful, and Kyushu Zoo is a great place to take children. Taking the park's shuttle bus would have made it even more fun. I would definitely go again next time.

This was by far the best trip I’ve had in Japan so far. The train’s style and design were absolutely beautiful, accompanied by relaxing background music that made the journey even more special. The COTOCO Train Crew were wonderful from start to finish. Japanese service is always exceptional, but the COTOCO Crew went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an unforgettable experience. The food was exquisite—both in taste and presentation—and truly worth every penny. Each stop along the route was fascinating, and the crew’s commentary about the towns and areas added an educational touch to the trip. It was more than just a train ride; it was a cultural and learning experience. It also happened to be my birthday, and the crew made it extra special by singing “Happy Birthday,” while the chef beautifully decorated our dessert plates. While others were queuing to buy tickets, there was a QR code scanning machine next to the entrance. You could scan the code to enter directly, and there was even a Chinese reminder to use the machine. When visiting the castle, I discovered that the end of October was a limited-time event for the Bamboo Lantern Festival. I was initially disappointed that I couldn't buy a ticket for both events, but in the afternoon, the weather was overcast and the wind was quite strong. Sure enough, it started to rain intermittently, so I didn't feel so disappointed. However, if you are planning to visit Kokura at the end of October, I suggest checking if it's the Bamboo Lantern Festival season and buying tickets for both events together.
