I used this service because I had a late-night flight and wanted to get to my hotel as quickly as possible. They were waiting in an easy-to-find location, so I was able to meet up smoothly, but I was worried when they told me to line up in a lane where there was no one at the booth, and then they disappeared. I was eventually called to the next booth, but they told me to line up if I wasn't on the "Sky Tour," so I explained and somehow they were able to go through immigration. On the way back, the airport was extremely crowded when we were supposed to meet up, but we managed to meet up by communicating via LINE. I was able to go through immigration without having to wait in line. (There was another long line at security afterwards, though.) I think it's quite appreciated that you can pay to skip the line.

It was a great experience. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, the air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling at night. Fortunately, it recovered after I reported it. There was no water in the toilet in the morning, as if it had run out.

The driver arrived on time. I found it very convenient, cheap and safe.

I left the gate at Noi Bai Airport and looked for the blue shop like the one in the picture, but couldn't find it. I asked at the red shop on the left, and they told me it was there and processed the transaction for me. I don't speak much English, so I couldn't communicate, but despite causing some trouble for the staff, I managed to exchange the money. I don't really understand, but they also offered some kind of service. There's an ATM right in front, so it's a good idea to withdraw some local currency. The taxi touts are aggressive, so just say "No!"

It is best to spend another 250,000 dong to participate in the optional speedboat activity, which is well worth it.

You have to buy tickets several weeks in advance for holidays. You have to arrive early to pick up your tickets for KKDay.
