- This is a shared tour with a fixed route, requests for attraction changes will not be granted. Children are charged the same as adults.

- Please book for the actual number of participants (including infants). If there's any discrepancy that exceeds he vehicle capacity, the staff reserves the right to refuse service without any refunds
- According to Taiwanese law, children under the age of 4 are required car seats; please provide the date of birth, height, and weight of your child in the "Requests & Remarks" section so a car seat can be arranged in advance. Please note that each set requires an additional NT$300 (pay on-site) and that each set will take up 1.5 seats, making the space slightly cramped
- Traffic control is all around Jiufen and drivers can't just park their cars anywhere. In addition, a lot of walking and going up and down the stairs are involved in this tour. Please take the fitness of elderly or mobility-impaired travellers into consideration before signing up
- Tips are encouraged. Tipping the staff appropriately is a gesture recognised around the world and is a form of encouragement and compliment to the tour leader, guide and driver. Travellers can tip according to the quality of the service provided in the tour
- The Amei Tea House Experience include 1 serving of tea and snacks per traveller. The experience duration is about 30–40 minutes, travellers cannot request specific seats, and the dining time will be based on the on-site situation

After the reservation is successful, we will confirm the pick-up time and location with you no later than 7:00 pm the day before departure. Please make sure your phoneline stays open
Full refunds or rescheduling will be granted for cancellations resulting from adverse weather conditions, strikes, or safety reasons
If travellers leave during the tour, no refunds will be granted and the supplier and KKday will not be held responsible for any loss/harm to the travellers' safety and possessions

Please note that if the number of customers who purchase the English service is less than 4, the Chinese tour guide service will be provided instead. Customer service will notify customers one day before the departure date and refund the language difference of TWD 600 per customer
