We booked a 9-seater van with 10hrs usage. Mr Tony from CS tour contacted me one day prior and later made a whatsapp group with the driver, Mr Liao. I felt very safe as every conversation was supervised by travel agent and made the trip went very smoothly. Mr Liao was so patient as we took time to decide where to go. He gave us a lot of information but never pushes us to make a decision. Eventually we chose the Yangmingshan-Beitou-Tamsui route and felt sooo happy. Mr Liao is a highly skilled driver especially on the winding road leading to Yangmingshan. We all felt so comfortable and really enjoyed our trip. The car was also in excellent condition. This combination deal was even more cost-effective than buying train tickets directly from the high-speed rail website.
