★This tour includes driver pick-up and drop-off service and attraction information. Guided tours are not provided. Detailed pick-up and drop-off information and driver contact details will be provided one day before departure.
★The vehicles used for this service are not equipped for disabled passengers and cannot carry non-foldable strollers or large sports equipment. We do not recommend this service to passengers with mobility impairments. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
★If you require an English-speaking driver, guide, or commentary, please specify this in the order notes. An additional NT$800 will be charged, payable on-site.
★Please note the names of each pick-up and drop-off station and major hotels.
★Night service fee: For vehicle and driver/guide services used between 22:00 and 07:00 the next day, a night service fee of NT$500/day will be charged on-site.
★ Pets are not allowed on this tour, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Your cooperation is appreciated.
★Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited inside the vehicle: smoking, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver and ask for a vomit bag. If the vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, in accordance with local Taiwanese law, the cleaning and repair costs will be borne in full by the passenger and paid in cash on site. Please be aware of this.
★ Travelers aged 70 and above or with mobility issues should carefully assess their physical condition before deciding whether to register. If they wish to join the tour, they must be accompanied by family or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
★No refunds will be given to those who are unable to complete the trip due to climate change or personal reasons.

If you need a baby seat, please inform us when placing the order and pay NT$ 200 per seat on site.
If part of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic and weather, please contact customer service and we will refund you in full.
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 22:00), and will notify you by email, phone, text message or communication software at any time thereafter.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early for the pick-up. Please wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the vehicle arrives (for airport pick-up, it will be 60 minutes after the flight lands). We will not be able to request to modify, cancel or refund the order due to lateness or non-arrival.
Due to different road conditions and pick-up times, the time may be subject to change. Please contact the driver. In case of traffic congestion, the actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and customer service will contact you to inform you.
In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the service. If there is any cancellation or change, the supplier will notify you one day in advance.
If you choose to go to Hehuan Mountain, please choose another attraction if it is snowy season; if the road is icy, snow chains must be installed, and the cost of installing snow chains is at your own expense.
Please be sure to leave the searchable communication software LINE ID, etc. If the communication software cannot obtain the connection, you will be notified by email, so please be sure to check it.

- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 16 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
