Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

This tour does not include attraction admission fees (e.g., Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji). You will need to purchase them on-site yourself or have the tour guide purchase them collectively. It is recommended to prepare cash in advance or confirm payment methods to ensure smooth entry.

If the trip is cancelled due to weather conditions not meeting safety standards or insufficient group size, we will refund the full tour fee, but we will not compensate for any personal expenses such as transportation or accommodation you have already incurred.

If the tour is cancelled before departure due to force majeure (including natural disasters, war, strikes, government bans, mechanical failure, traffic accidents, or other situations beyond our control), we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. If the tour is suspended on the day of departure or during the trip due to the aforementioned reasons, the remaining tour fee will be refunded after deducting actual expenses incurred. No additional compensation will be accepted in such cases, and any other losses or additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the traveler.

If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, such as failure to arrive on time, lateness, getting lost, physical discomfort, leaving the group halfway, or voluntarily abandoning the itinerary, the paid fees will not be refunded, and no form of compensation will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

Due to force majeure factors such as traffic control or weather changes, the itinerary may be delayed, content adjusted, or attractions cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.

The return time on the day of the trip may be delayed due to objective factors such as road conditions and weather, especially during holidays when traffic congestion is common. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation, and there is a possibility of returning later than expected. If you have a night flight or subsequent plans on the same day, it is recommended to leave sufficient time to avoid affecting your travel plans. Please be aware that no refunds or compensation will be provided for itinerary delays. Travelers with flights to catch are especially advised to book with caution or make appropriate arrangements for subsequent plans.

To ensure travel safety and the smooth progress of the overall itinerary, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary, modify activity arrangements, or cancel the tour when necessary. If the tour is cancelled for such reasons, we will refund the full tour fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Due to unpredictable factors such as traffic congestion, the stay time at each attraction may be adjusted temporarily. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The bus operates on a one-seat-per-person basis to ensure the comfort and safety of every passenger. We do not accept advance seat selection. Depending on the actual bookings for the day, you may be seated next to a passenger of the opposite gender; we appreciate your understanding and tolerance.

Minors under 18 years old and children must be accompanied by an adult with full civil capacity. For passengers aged 70 and above, it is recommended to be accompanied by family or friends and to sign a waiver on-site on the day of the trip.

To ensure your safety and respect the rights of other tour members, please inform us proactively and truthfully when booking if you have any chronic illnesses, limited mobility, or other special health conditions, so that we can make appropriate arrangements and provide assistance in advance.

According to local Japanese regulations, infants must occupy a seat; therefore, children under 3 years old must pay the same fee as adults. If you plan to travel with an infant, please be sure to inform customer service when placing your order. If not reported in advance and the fee is not paid, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse the infant and accompanying parent(s) boarding on the day of the trip if the vehicle becomes overloaded, in order to comply with regulations and ensure the safety of all passengers. In such cases, our company will not be held liable, no refunds will be provided for fees already paid, and any related additional losses shall be borne by the parents. Please strictly adhere to this regulation to avoid any impact on your travel.

Some small shops, vending machines, or temporary stalls around tourist attractions may still require cash payments. We recommend carrying a sufficient amount of Japanese Yen to ensure a smooth journey.

To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure a comfortable experience for all passengers, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any seats or the vehicle interior are soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
