  • Service hours for the private tour: 7:00 -- 21:00
  • The total duration is 10 hours, calculated from the agreed-upon departure time.
  • If you are going to be late, please contact the driver in a timely manner. If you are more than 30 minutes late beyond the agreed-upon departure time and have not contacted the driver, the driver will leave and no refund will be provided.
  • If you contact the driver after being late, the driver will wait for you, and the waiting time will be included in the total duration of the tour.
  • If the 10-hour duration is exceeded, an overtime fee applies: 2,500 JPY per 30 minutes for a 7-seater vehicle, and 4,000 JPY per 30 minutes for a 10-seater vehicle. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.
  • Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels within Nagoya city. Please contact customer service for any special requirements.
  • Driver language services: Japanese / Mandarin Chinese 
  • The driver will provide simple explanations inside the vehicle but will not accompany you into the attractions.

Surcharge(s)

Overtime fee

If the usage time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged: 2,500 yen/30 minutes for 7-seater vehicles and 4,000 yen/30 minutes for 10-seater vehicles. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.

If the optional tour exceeds the specified mileage, an additional fee will be charged. The fee is 350 yen per kilometer beyond the limit. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.

Driver's lodging expenses

If you wish to use the multi-day private charter car service, you will need to pay extra for the driver's accommodation. Please contact customer service for details.

Reminders

  • Customer service hours: 7:00 to 21:00.

  • If you wish to change the pre-arranged pick-up location/time/route, please contact customer service before 21:00 before departure.

  • If a guest is late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes and deduct the late time from the private charter car time. If more than 30 minutes have passed and the driver cannot contact the guest, the driver will leave without refunding the fare.

  • If you are unable to complete your tour within the scheduled service time due to lateness, you can choose to continue the tour and pay the overtime fee, or choose to adjust your tour to shorten the tour time to the scheduled service time.

  • Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.

  • In case of severe weather, the itinerary for the day may be cancelled or rescheduled to other attractions. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If you are unable to travel due to force majeure (such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, etc.), please notify customer service as soon as possible and provide evidence. A refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
