Karuizawa

Taking the bus directly to the airport without having to transfer luggage, I arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was very steady, and we even stopped at a rest stop for food for another 30 minutes. I would definitely consider taking this bus again if needed.

The forest cafe is beautiful and highly recommended; it would be even better if you could stay a little longer. The Itoshima gelato is delicious.

Although this wasn't our first time booking airport transfers, we still found it very convenient. We didn't have to worry about how to get to our accommodation after landing, and the driver didn't chatter around, which allowed us to rest a bit, which was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was very satisfied with both the food and the ambiance. They introduced the landmarks along the way and even let passengers wave to the platform staff, chefs, kindergarten teachers and students to express their gratitude. They also helped take photos and gave out small gifts, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.

Although it was raining that day, I was very happy to have the famous soba noodles and apple pie ☺️. It was a real pity that the view of Kumoba Pond was a bit misty; I hope to be able to slowly appreciate the scenery of Karuizawa next time. I'm also very grateful to the tour guide for introducing local specialties and restaurants.
