I used the online advance lift ticket. I was able to purchase it in advance on my smartphone, which made it much easier as I didn't have to line up at the ticket counter on the day. It was great that I was able to get onto the slopes smoothly first thing in the morning. The slope itself isn't that big, but it's just right for beginners to intermediate skiers, and the scenery was beautiful, so I was able to ski comfortably. On a nice day, I think you can enjoy it just for the scenery.
