■Depending on traffic conditions on the day of the tour, we may shorten stop times or change the order of stops.
■The Togakushi Shrine tour involves a long walk. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing.
■To reach Naena Falls, there is a roughly 15-minute one-way walk from the parking lot, which includes stairs.
■The Ryuo Ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions. In such cases, we will refund the fare depending on the situation, unless the cost has been offset by alternative arrangements.
■The sea of clouds may not be visible depending on weather conditions.
■Lunch on the second day at Iiyama-Buna Station will be served around 2:30 PM, which is a bit later than usual.
■For the September 21 departure, single-occupancy rooms are not available.

You may book for up to 46 people at a taime. Please contact us if your group consists of 47 or more people.
Please ensure the number of infants and toddlers does not exceed the number of adults when booking.
Child rates apply only when two or more adults are sharing a room.
Couples will be seated next to each other.
If a minor (under 18 years of age) is participating alone or with friends, or is traveling with someone other than a legal guardian, the reservation must be made with the legal guardian’s consent, and a “Consent Form” is required. After completing the reservation, please fill out the necessary information and submit the form in writing. Failure to submit the form may result in being unable to depart.
Luggage: We can store your luggage on the bus, but you are responsible for managing your valuables.

■ In the unlikely event that you arrive late and are forced to take a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be responsible for any related expenses.
■ Depending on the number of participants, we may use either a medium-sized or small bus.
■ There is no restroom on the bus.
■Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Additionally, reclining seats is generally not permitted (except on certain routes).

■Following the enforcement of the “Work Style Reform-Related Laws” on April 1, 2019, which introduced upper limits on tour guides’ working hours, meal times during the itinerary will be treated as the tour guide’s break time. Additionally, the tour guide may stay at a different accommodation facility than the customers. During free time, customers are generally expected to spend their time on their own.
■Lost and found items will be held for two weeks after the end of the trip. However, perishable food items and other items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please be advised of this in advance.
■ Please refrain from bringing pets on the tour.
■ Bus seating assignments will be determined by our company.
■ In emergencies or other circumstances, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour guide. Please be aware of this in advance.
■ If the number of participants falls below 25, or if the tour cannot proceed due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, we may request changes to the itinerary or cancel the tour no later than three days prior to the tour start date (13 days prior for overnight stays).
■We may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments, smoking/non-smoking hotel rooms, or allergies. We may explain the situation and decline such requests in advance.
■If you make a reservation online, all information will be sent via email. No materials will be sent by mail.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
