Customer service will contact you in advance before the trip to confirm your desired departure and arrival times and locations on the day of the trip.
• Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp number when ordering (after leaving your LINE ID, please enable the "add friend" function so that our local staff in Japan can contact you promptly).
• If the actual usage exceeds the service time, the fee is ¥5,000/hour for 7-seater vehicles; ¥8,000/hour for 10/14-seater vehicles; and ¥10,000/hour for 18-seater vehicles. Please pay the driver before getting off the vehicle. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of getting off the vehicle at the end of the trip.
• A late-night private charter car(22:00 - 7:00) will incur an additional charge of 2500 yen per 30 minutes. Please pay the driver before boarding. The time will be based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of disembarkation at the end of the trip.
• If you have a lot of large luggage, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.
• Passengers who need to stay in a city other than Osaka/Kyoto and request that the driver not be changed will need to pay an additional 6,000 yen/day for the driver's accommodation.
Child car seat: 2000 yen each. If you need to add more, please pay the driver in cash on-site.
Actual usage exceeding the service time will incur the following fees: 7-seater: 5000 yen/hour; 10/14-seater: 8000 yen/hour; 18-seater: 10000 yen/hour. The time will be based on the scheduled pick-up time and the end time of the trip.
If you are unable to travel due to force majeure events such as flight cancellations or severe weather (travel restrictions issued by the transportation bureau), please contact customer service and provide relevant documentation. We will then process a full refund for you.
If you require a child safety seat or booster seat, please make a note or consult customer service in advance so that we can provide it. We regret that we cannot provide additional items on the day of your visit.
The day before departure, after-sales customer service will send driver and vehicle information to the customer in the established after-sales group. The driver will wait for the customer at the designated pick-up location at the specified time.
Please try not to eat inside the vehicle during your journey. If you must eat, please do not eat any food scraps and take your trash off the vehicle. If you accidentally cause pollution inside the vehicle, you will be responsible for the vehicle cleaning costs.
Passengers prone to motion sickness should prepare motion sickness medication or vomit bags in advance. If the vehicle interior is accidentally contaminated, the passenger will be responsible for the vehicle cleaning costs.
If you are unsure how to use the vehicle's features, such as the power doors, you can ask the driver in advance to avoid any potential loss.
If you are stopped at a location where Japanese traffic regulations prohibit parking, please cooperate with the driver and park in a suitable nearby location.
Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We will not compensate for any damage.
Once ordered, the pick-up location and time cannot be changed. If you need to make changes, please apply for cancellation within the free cancellation period and then reorder.
