I underestimated Alps Adventure! As someone who grew up in the mountains, I thought it would be "just a fun obstacle course," but it was so difficult I almost cried (though that might be because I'm getting older). With only a brief lecture, you have to put on the harness yourself and hang from a great height, which, combined with the fear, makes it incredibly thrilling. There were some children sobbing, and I thought they should have had a couple more supervisors. By the way, we tried the intermediate and advanced levels, but we were the only ones on the advanced level during our stay... I'm sore today (lol).

Since it was my first time at Biwako Valley, I called the reception in advance and asked a lot of questions. The person on the phone answered very kindly and chatted with me, explaining the ropeway and lifts in a fun way. It was a family trip, and my grandmother was with us, so I asked if elderly people could ride the ropeway and lifts, and if they were safe. They assured me that they were safe and secure. It was raining on the day, but by the time we got on the ropeway, it had completely stopped, and the scenery was like a sea of ​​clouds. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there weren't many customers, so we were able to spend our time quietly and enjoyably. We also enjoyed the zipline. There was an option to go to just one zipline or six, but since we didn't want to spend too much time, we chose the one-zipline option. Even without a reservation, we were able to register on the day, and everything went very smoothly. The female staff member at the zipline was incredibly friendly, talking to my grandmother in a fun way and treating her like a friend. She was such a nice person that I want to come back again! The zipline was also very exhilarating and fun. I'm not afraid of heights, so I wanted to do it again lol. After the zipline, we walked across the newly built suspension bridge back to where my grandmother was waiting, and then took the lift to the observation deck on Mt. Horai. I was surprised to see so many kites flying around! It was very cool and refreshing to breathe in the air lol. When my grandmother got on the lift, the staff stopped it when she got off, so we were able to get on and off safely. Their thoughtfulness was wonderful. All the staff were very welcoming and had excellent communication skills. I wonder if it was because it was a weekday and there weren't many customers? I look forward to seeing how the staff will be on weekends. There were plenty of clean toilets. I bought a curry bun and a juice in a pouch at the cafe, but I thought they were too expensive. There were lots of flowers in bloom, but I thought it would be nice if there were some nameplates for the flowers. There was a single duck on the left side of the ropeway entrance, and it was restrained so it couldn't fly, so I felt sorry for it, as it was all alone and looked lonely.

The driver was very polite and drove safely. A highly recommended itinerary and company. A great trip, thank you.

The Miho Museum, designed by the renowned architect I.M. Pei, is a place I've wanted to visit for many years, but its remote location and inconvenient transportation made this day trip a dream come true. Staying at a hotel within the Osaka Loop Line allowed the travel agency to arrange hotel pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient and a major reason for my recommendation. Mr. Nakazato served as both our guide and driver; he was friendly, spoke excellent Mandarin, and even offered to help us take photos at the attractions, making this day trip a truly memorable experience.

The kids were thrilled to ride the gondola for the first time, and they had a blast playing in the pool, sledding, and on the trampolin. The flowers were beautiful, and the parfait we ate in the heat was fantastic. The only thing we regretted was buying the zipline separately. We had plenty of fun with just the three types of tickets. We'd love to come back in a different season.

The driver will add you on Line beforehand and provide contact information. On the day of the trip, the driver arrived at the agreed hotel on time. The car was very comfortable and clean.

In the evening, you can take a boat to enjoy the sunset and night view, and there are also water shows to watch along the harbor.

The scenery is beautiful, but the cable car will be closed on rainy days. Our tour guide, Yafei, is very attentive and excellent!
