  • Due to the small size of this tour, Japanese transportation laws require that infants and children sit in seats and cannot be held in the arms of their parents, so all participants are charged the same price.

  • If the trip is terminated due to force majeure, such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. Additional expenses, such as return transportation or local accommodation costs, must be borne by the passenger.

  • No refund will be provided if the passenger abandons the tour for personal reasons.

  • Arrive at the designated location on time. This itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, so if unable to participate in the one-day tour for personal reasons, the passenger is responsible for the corresponding losses.

  • The itinerary or stay time at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors.

  • The company is not responsible for the inability to join the tour or for poor photography due to force majeure such as traffic or weather. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
