- After completing the order, please go to the system to complete registration and upload documents (https://www.zocha.com.tw/register) , which can greatly shorten the car pickup time on the day.
- Instructions for using the car in a 24-hour system. For example, if you pick up the car at 11:00 on January 1, you must return it before 11:00 on January 2. If you return the car after 11:00, you will be charged an additional fee of 110 yuan/ The hourly rate will be calculated as one day if it exceeds 4 hours.
- Foreign passengers who do not hold a Taiwanese driver's license should call to confirm before placing an order, and make a judgment based on the use status of international driver's licenses held by reciprocal countries in Taiwan announced by the Taiwan Supervision Station.
- How to find a battery swap station:

Mileage fee

All vehicles are insured with compulsory motorcycle insurance. In addition, the company cooperates with the insurance company to provide travel safety insurance for consumers to purchase additional insurance on their own.
When returning the vehicle, passengers are advised to check all sides of the vehicle and take photos or videos to avoid subsequent disputes. The renter is required to take good care of the vehicle and observe the principle of non-damage. If the vehicle is obviously damaged or destroyed, we will seek compensation for those parts.
When an accident occurs, how to deal with it? 1. Keep the scene/take photos to save the evidence (if there are no casualties at the scene and the vehicle is still difficult to drive, you can move the vehicle first after taking photos to save the certificate). 2. Motorcycle rental is limited to riding within the county and city limits and is not allowed across counties or cities.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
