In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

During weekends and public holidays in Japan, you may encounter traffic jams or attractions closing early. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary based on the actual situation. We hope for your understanding. The guide or driver will do their best to serve you. Please do not schedule dinner plans, and do not plan to catch a flight or Shinkansen on the same day.

Please note any luggage when booking. The driver reserves the right to refuse luggage if it was not mentioned in the booking.

The company is not responsible for any inability to join the tour or poor scenery quality due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Itinerary or stay duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc. Please be aware of this.

No refunds will be provided if you choose to leave the tour midway for personal reasons.

Please be sure to arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time and do not be late. As this tour cannot accommodate transfers to other departures or mid-tour joining, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to participate due to personal reasons. Children 3 years old and under who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and must be noted in the booking.

Vehicle type: Assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver who also acts as a tour assistant will provide full travel services; no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware of this.

The day tour does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. Please purchase your own if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health or ability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors. Thank you for your understanding.

Effective immediately, if the Mount Aso crater is closed, additional time will be arranged at Senbazuru Deer Park or Kurokawa Onsen.

Each traveler is entitled to bring 1 piece of luggage for free. To ensure smooth arrangements, please specify the quantity and size of your luggage when booking; if not specified, it will be assumed that you have no luggage, and the service cannot be provided.

If the ground is icy in winter and the bus cannot enter Kurokawa Onsen, Kurokawa Onsen will be replaced with Shirakawa Suigen. Please do not schedule dinner plans, and do not plan to catch a flight or Shinkansen on the same day. Travelers staying at Kurokawa Onsen must inform us in advance.
