It takes about 40 minutes to walk from Nagaoka Station to the viewing venue. The sun can be strong, so please take precautions against the heat, such as wearing a hat or using cooling spray.
Access to the rooftop of Bernard Nagaoka requires using stairs in some areas. We regret to inform you that wheelchair access is not available.
After the fireworks display ends, you will board the bus from the Bernard Nagaoka parking lot. We are taking measures such as adjusting traffic lights around the venue to alleviate congestion, but it may take 2 to 3 hours for the bus to leave the area.
The fireworks display will generally be held even in the event of rain, so the tour will proceed as planned. Furthermore, even if the event is cancelled or postponed due to severe weather, the tour will still proceed as the decision on whether or not to hold the event will be made on the day of the fireworks display. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund any fees for viewing seats, etc.
Please bring rain gear in case of rain. Umbrellas are not permitted in the spectator area after 5 PM, so please bring a raincoat or a plastic bag to put your belongings in.
A bus guide will not be accompanying the tour. Therefore, services such as commentary on the scenery from the bus window will not be provided.
The temperature inside the Oya Stone Museum is around 10 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Even in the middle of summer, we recommend wearing a long-sleeved jacket.
