Really convenient pickup location as the rest were at Shinjuku station. This was a great alternative.

Finding the coupon exchange point isn't difficult! You don't need to exit the station; you can see it right at the North Exit. However, because the coupons are very new, each store is unaware of the promotion, so you have to ask everyone before you can use them! They don't give change or offer tax refunds, so it's not recommended if you're in a hurry, as the staff will ask you a lot of questions. The Uniqlo store is very small, with a limited selection of products. Initially, the staff insisted that only one coupon could be used at a time, but after communication and a long period of asking, we were finally able to use multiple coupons. The souvenirs I bought at Tokyo Station, combined with the Taiwan coupon and an additional 15% discount, were a really great deal.

We had a great time travelling to see different temples, a rocky beach and the Ashikaga Flower Park Illumination. It was Wellington worth it. We were in a small group of six passengers and travelled in a confortable van.

The process is simple: finding the machine, collecting tickets, and reserving seats is very convenient; there's no need to communicate with anyone, and the machines all have Chinese translators.

It rained the night before the trip, which made me a little worried, but thankfully it was a sunny day. Our tour guide, Ms. Feng, was very kind and dedicated, ensuring the entire day's itinerary went according to plan. She even recommended a delicious restaurant in Enoshima. After our meal, my wife bought four bottles of the restaurant's salad dressing as souvenirs to take back to Taiwan, making for a perfect ending.
