Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
On the first day, you will have free time after arriving at Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Please pack your luggage as compactly as possible. When sightseeing, please carry your luggage yourself or use a coin locker. We cannot store your luggage.
If you are participating in an odd-numbered group, you may be seated with other passengers on the bus. Please be aware of this in advance.
It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the group bus parking lot to the viewing area for the fireworks display.
We are taking measures such as adjusting traffic lights around the venue to alleviate congestion, but it may still take 2-3 hours for buses to exit. Significant congestion is expected from the parking lot to the highway entrance after the fireworks display. Please be aware of this in advance. We expect to arrive at your accommodation around 25:00 (1:00 AM).
The fireworks display will be held even if it rains. Please bring rain gear in case of rain. Umbrellas are not permitted in the viewing area after 5 PM, so please bring a raincoat or a plastic bag to put your belongings in.
Even if the event is canceled or postponed due to inclement weather or other reasons, the tour will still proceed as the decision will be made on the day of the fireworks display. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund any fees for viewing seats, etc.
Please make sure to stay well-hydrated to prevent heatstroke. Please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages as much as possible.
A bus guide will not be accompanying the tour. Therefore, services such as commentary on the scenery from the bus window will not be provided.
You may use a tripod, but only at a height that does not disturb other customers (up to eye level when seated). Please absolutely refrain from moving to areas other than your seat, such as aisles or stairs, to take photos.
Lunch on the second day will be Japanese soba noodles. Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies. Also, since the accommodation is a soba restaurant, we ask that those with soba allergies, especially those who may experience symptoms even from airborne soba flour, refrain from participating.
