It's so much cheaper than buying it individually. Shinkansen seats are reserved, so you don't have to fight for them.

The itinerary package offers great value for money, and I hope to have the opportunity to buy this itinerary again in the future. The only drawback is that the steps for picking up the JP flight are different from those on KKday, although the flight information has been updated.

Although the journey was long, the bus was very comfortable and went directly to the Naeba Hotel – great! I'll definitely take it again next time, instead of taking the train and transferring to the bus. The driver was incredibly skilled, and the 30-minute stop at the rest stop provided enough time to eat noodles.

The voucher said to pick up the tickets at the JR East exchange station, and I was worried I'd have to exchange them in the city before going to the ski resort. Luckily, I saw reviews saying to exchange them at the Gala ticket center, so I could just go there and pick them up.

Very easy to work with. The driver was friendly, patient, and professional. I would consider continuing to work with them in the future!
