Depending on the number of people who booked on the day, different sizes of buses may be provided. Depending on the number of people traveling on the day and the vehicle, the minibus (1~16 people) will be led by a driver and guide, and the large bus (17~45 people) will be equipped with an independent guide. Please be aware.

Each passenger can carry a maximum of one piece of luggage for free, and please be sure to note it in the "Special Requests" column when placing an order. If you need to carry additional luggage temporarily, it may not be possible to place it due to limited space in the car, which will affect the safety of the passengers and the rights of other passengers. We cannot guarantee to assist in handling it.

This trip is free seating, not designated seating. To avoid disputes during the trip, please reserve your seat from the time of departure and use it until the end of the trip. If you wish to choose a front row seat, please arrive early to select your seat. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

This is a group tour. Early departure or departure from the group is not allowed during the tour. If a passenger chooses to leave the group midway, it will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment of the unfinished tour and no refund will be given. In addition, once the passenger leaves the group or leaves the group, any accidents or losses will be borne by the passenger. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

After the trip is confirmed, the system will send your group voucher via email. Please check it carefully. If you have not received it, please check the spam folder first. If you are late for the departure time, we will not contact you and will depart on time because other passengers are waiting. If you are late for the departure time or do not show up, no refund or change of order will be made.

Each adult can bring one child under 3 years old for free, excluding seats. Please make a note when booking.
