If you need to enter and exit the Oriental Club Lounge for multiple times, please keep your buying statement for identification.
There is no reminder of boarding time and boarding gate changes in the Oriental Club Lounge during the usage time. Passengers should pay attention to the flight time and status.
Oriental Club Lounge has a limited number of people. Admission is based on the order of on-site arrival. If the room is full, it must be arranged on site. Please forgive.
Please note that the Oriental Club Lounge does not provide luggage and food storage services, nor does it provide meal take-out services.
Infants under 2 years old travelling with the guest can enter for free.
Showers are limited to 30 minutes per session and include basic toiletries. Please register with our service staff to queue for an open stall. (Closed during late-night hours).
