【E-Visa Application Process】
A color digital copy of your passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of entry; the copy must be complete, clear, and free of glare).
A digital file of your passport-style photo (must be a white-background photo different from the one in your passport, with clear facial features, visible ears and eyebrows, no teeth showing, and no glasses; you may take a photo with your phone or against a white wall).
Flight itinerary and booking records showing the correct entry and exit dates for Vietnam.
If your purpose of entry is for business, please inform us in advance. If not specified, all applications will be processed for tourism purposes.
The visa file will be provided according to the selected plan approximately 5-7 working days after the application is submitted.
Once the visa is issued, please check that all information is correct and print a hard copy.
Upon arrival in Vietnam, present your passport and the printed visa at the immigration counter to clear customs.

Single Entry: Valid for one entry and exit within the visa validity period; it automatically expires after use. (Must enter and exit within the validity period).
Multiple Entry: Valid for unlimited entries and exits within the visa validity period; it automatically expires after the validity period ends. (Must enter and exit within the validity period).
－Difference Between Standard Processing and Guaranteed Approval－
Standard Processing: Applications are submitted via the official Vietnam government website. The approval is at the discretion of the authorities. If rejected, no reason will be provided, and approval cannot be guaranteed.
Guaranteed Approval: Applications are submitted through local visa departments, allowing for more controlled data assessment. If information is insufficient, documents can be supplemented until approval is granted. This guarantees that the application will be approved, but it does not guarantee the processing time. If your travel date is approaching, we recommend booking an expedited service.

The Vietnamese government reserves the right to refuse a visa for any reason or due to incorrect information. Regardless of whether the visa is issued or not, the visa fee paid is non-refundable.

Reminders
The visa office has the right to request additional relevant documents from applicants based on the needs of individual application cases.
The visa office shall grant the visa based on the judgment of the visa supervisor, and the visa office shall have the right to refuse and explain the reasons for denying the visa.
Working days refer to normal working days, excluding holidays and weekends in Taiwan and Vietnam.
If the applicant has a special status, such as a civil servant, a legislator, etc., please inquire before submitting the application. Depending on the purpose, it may be necessary to attach an English itinerary, a fully invoiced round-trip air ticket in English, an official invitation letter, etc.
Photo specifications: Digital headshot (must be a white background headshot different from the passport photo, with clear facial features, ears and eyebrows clearly visible, teeth not showing, and no glasses. You can take a photo with your mobile phone or retake it against a white wall background.)
Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional $5 + 2 headshots (4 x 6 cm or 2 x 2 inches) to apply for a pink card after arriving in Vietnam. (The pink card "pink visa" is an on-site entry procedure at the airport. Since Chinese passports still need further inspection to enter Vietnam, additional administrative process fees are incurred)

If you are transiting through Phu Quoc Airport to other cities in Vietnam, you will still need to apply for a visa, and the visa start date will be the date of your entry into Phu Quoc. When you arrive, please make sure your passport has been stamped with the word "EV". If there is any discrepancy, please immediately inform the immigration officer and request a correction to avoid affecting your subsequent transit or entry.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
