Actual itinerary is dependent on weather/transportation conditions. We do not recommend participating in this tour on the day you arrive or the day you depart as heavy traffic may delay your travel plans
If you wish to leave the group before the bus returns to the meeting point, please notify us when booking; travelers who do not notify in advance must sign an affidavit in both Chinese and English versions before leaving the group

Please note that the transfer service is shared and the vehicle type is subject to the number of travelers; the driver will not stop at locations other than the designated attractions
Please wear light clothing and shoes for the tour. Please keep your personal valuables in a safe place. If you lose valuables during the trip, you will not be able to compensate.
Depending on the number of participants on the day, the vehicles and models used will vary. In the case of a small number of people, a driver-guide (Chinese) car will be used.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 12 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 11 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
