・Return Information: Arrive back near the West Exit of Shinjuku Station at approx. 21:00 (Arrival in Tokyo will be at 22:00 on Sundays and 2/23).


- Trip Introduction -

・Naeba Ski Resort

Located directly across from the Naeba Prince Hotel, which features approximately 1200 room units, this ski resort is perfect for the whole family. It offers gentle slopes for beginners and children, challenging runs for advanced skiers, and a terrain park for all skill levels. At night, the slopes in front of the hotel are illuminated, creating a beautiful view for night skiing. Additionally, Naeba features Japan's longest gondola, the 'Dragondola,' which spans 5.5 km and connects to the neighboring Kagura Ski Resort, forming the 'Mt. Naeba' entertainment resort. Kagura Ski Resort is also quite large, offering a variety of slopes, a spacious terrain park, and high-quality powder snow areas.

- Important Information - 

・Children under 3 years old who do not require a seat can join for free. If a seat is required, please book at the child price. 

・Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The tour will depart as scheduled and will not wait for late arrivals. 

・Please note that equipment and ski wear cannot be exchanged once rented. 

・The price does not include hats, gloves, or goggles. These can be rented on-site if needed; rental fees and policies are subject to on-site announcements.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • If any itinerary needs to be cancelled due to insufficient snow cover, a final decision will generally be made within two days prior to departure (including itineraries using direct buses). If the ski resort has at least one operating chairlift and one accessible run, the itinerary will generally proceed as scheduled.

  • If the ski resort you booked is temporarily closed due to weather conditions such as strong winds or blizzards on the day of departure, you will be unable to go skiing. In this case, unused chairlift tickets will be refunded, but the refund amount may differ from the local price. Thank you for your understanding.

  • All rental equipment will be collected on-site, and the redemption location will be indicated on your respective redemption voucher. The details of each rental package are as follows: Skiing package (including skis, ski boots, and ski poles), Snowboarding(including skis and ski boots).

  • Due to factors such as weather or ski resort conditions, facilities such as chairlifts, ski schools, and Snowboard parks may be unavailable without prior notice. Your understanding is appreciated. (No refunds will be provided in such cases.)

  • Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables. During bus tours, the handling of luggage and ski/ski equipment is a service provided solely to the bus driver or our staff; we are not responsible for their safekeeping. Furthermore, we, the company, accommodation facilities, bus company, and rest stops are not liable for any theft, loss, forgetting, or misplacement of items due to participant negligence. When loading luggage, please disassemble any potentially damaging equipment (such as bindings) beforehand to avoid damage.

  • Bus tickets, cable car vouchers, and other necessary tour tickets will be distributed at the meeting point on the day of departure or on the bus. Please be sure to check the number of tickets and the number of people on the spot to ensure they are correct. Lost tickets cannot be reissued, so please take note.

  • All bus seats are reserved for all passengers. Please sit according to the seating chart posted at the bus boarding point and do not change seats without permission.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
