If the ski resort has at least one operating chairlift and one accessible run, the itinerary will generally proceed as scheduled.

  • If the ski resort you booked is temporarily closed due to weather conditions such as strong winds or blizzards on the day of departure, you will be unable to go skiing. In this case, unused chairlift tickets will be refunded, but the refund amount may differ from the local price. Thank you for your understanding.

  • All rental equipment will be collected on-site, and the redemption location will be indicated on your respective redemption voucher. The details of each rental package are as follows: Skiing package (including skis, ski boots, and ski poles), Snowboarding(including skis and ski boots).
