If the number of participants is fewer than 25 or if the tour cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters or accidents, the tour content may be changed or canceled up to three days before the start date.
Lunch and dinner is NOT included in the tour price. Please bring your own dinner, purchase it at a facility along the way, or buy it from vendors at the event. Please make sure to have your lunch early on your own.
Due to road conditions or facility congestion, the schedule may not be followed as planned. It is possible that the itinerary may be adjusted or some activities may be omitted.
The fireworks display will proceed in light rain but may be postponed or canceled in case of severe weather. If the event is postponed or canceled by the day before, the tour will be canceled, and the travel cost will be refunded.
If the fireworks display is canceled after the tour has started, the tour will be cut short and end at Atami Station. There will be no refund for the bus fare or any changes in the itinerary due to the cancellation.
Decisions regarding the fireworks display may be made on the morning of the departure day. We will notify you promptly, but if you are already en route to the meeting point, we cannot cover transportation costs.
To ensure safety and comfort during fireworks viewing, please avoid using umbrellas. Bring your own rain gear (e.g., rain jackets, raincoats).
The area around the event venue will be very crowded after the fireworks. Please be cautious to avoid getting lost or missing your return Shinkansen. Any additional costs for late taxis or accommodations will be at your own expense.
Please note that if the cruise is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, other facilities may be used instead.

- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
