Blue Cave

The Japanese-speaking tour guide was excellent and very attentive; the arrangements were reasonable and well-organized, and the bus was comfortable.

We came to Okinawa for a family trip, and I signed up for the Blue Cave snorkeling tour because I thought elementary school children would love it. As expected, the kids loved it and said that it was the most fun moment of their Okinawa trip. It was their first time snorkeling, so I was a little nervous and worried at first because I couldn't speak Japanese, but the pretty and kind female guide spoke English very well, so we had no trouble communicating at all. We had a reservation for the 8 AM time slot in mid-February, so I was worried about the kids getting cold, but the weather was great, and once we put on our wetsuits, all those worries disappeared. Plus, the guide said that there weren't many people and the weather was nice right now, so we could go into the Blue Cave, which felt like a gift! The guide explained everything well, took beautiful pictures and videos, and even fed the fish, making it a special experience. I was so happy. Okinawa is a popular and famous place in Korea, but I definitely want to recommend the Blue Cave snorkeling with our guide to my friends!! And guide~ Please come to Korea again to see Twice's concert:)))) Thank you for giving our family a fun experience~

Thank you, Lin Jiang, for your patient instruction. You are very professional and reliable, and you are great at encouraging people who are afraid of water to keep trying. The location is very close to the bus stop, which is very convenient. If the weather is bad, the trip to Dream Reef will be changed, and it may not be possible to go to Green Cave. The diving experience is one instructor for two people, but snorkeling will be done in groups with other tourists. The on-site shower facilities are rather basic.

Instructor Shinro was incredibly friendly! His English was excellent, so communication was effortless. Before we started, he explained in detail how to use everything, so even those who can't swim could easily complete the snorkeling trip! We went on a rare day with perfect weather; the instructor said it was the only day of the week we could go to the Blue Cave, and there were very few tourists—we were practically the only group in the cave! We were incredibly lucky! The shop usually has Chinese-speaking instructors, but he happened to be back in his home country the day we went. We were so happy to meet the handsome and responsible Shinro! He took lots of videos and photos for us, gave us plenty of food to feed the fish, and we had a fantastic time! Thank you again! I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends! I hope to come back to Okinawa again!
