Highway Tolls/Parking Fees
Highway tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip will be settled on an actual basis and must be paid to the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
Child Seat
Child seat (0-6 years old): The first one is provided free of charge. A fee of 1,250 JPY per seat per day will be charged for the second one onwards. Please note this in advance and book via the product page.
Overtime Fee
In case of overtime vehicle usage, an overtime fee of 10,000 JPY/hour will be charged (exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour).
Empty Car Fee
The default pick-up and drop-off location for the private tour is within Fukuoka City. If you pick up or drop off at other locations, the vehicle usage time will be changed to 8 hours, and an additional empty car fee of 5,000 to 10,000 JPY will be charged. Please pay the driver in cash on the day of travel.
Multi-day Private Tour
For multi-day private tours where the driver needs to stay overnight outside of Fukuoka City, an overnight fee for the driver must be paid on the day of the trip. This varies by season and region, estimated at 8,000~15,000 JPY/day.
Vehicle Cleaning Fee
If passengers cause serious contamination to the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, lingering odors, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee of 25,000 JPY will be charged.
Reminders
In the event of unforeseen incidents or extreme weather affecting the trip, customer service will notify you separately. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you request to reschedule or cancel, please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant proof; customer service will handle it at their discretion.
Please ensure you note the correct number of passengers and luggage when booking. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit on the day of travel, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.
On the day of the trip, to ensure a smoother experience, the driver may suggest a return time based on current traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware of this.
The usage time on the day of the trip is based on the itinerary confirmed before departure. If the guest is late, the driver may suggest shortening the itinerary depending on the situation. If the guest chooses not to shorten the itinerary and it results in overtime, an overtime fee will be charged.
If you need to make any changes to the itinerary, please submit your request at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
