- If traffic congestion or other factors cause delays at attractions, an overtime fee will apply. The free waiting time for one-way transfers is 10 minutes. Overtime/extra time charges apply:
5-seater: NT$300 within 60 minutes (cumulative)
9-seater: NT$500 within 60 minutes (cumulative)
- During the Lunar New Year period: Overtime/extra time charges apply:
5-seater: NT$300 within 0-30 minutes / NT$600 within 31-60 minutes (cumulative)
9-seater: NT$350 within 0-30 minutes / NT$700 within 31-60 minutes (cumulative)
- For trips between 10:00 PM and 7:30 AM (inclusive), a night/early morning surcharge of NT$600 will apply.
Child seat fee
Taiwanese law mandates the use of infant cots or car seats for children under 4 years old; booster seats are recommended for children aged 4-12. Please provide your child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking. The first seat is provided free of charge; a second seat will cost NT$300 on-site.
Airport pick-up fee
If you require boarding at Kaohsiung International Airport, additional fees will apply. Please inquire in advance and provide your flight information.
Reminders
Our staff will contact you no later than one day before departure. Please ensure your internet connection is stable and check your mobile phone for messages. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
No specific vehicle color or model can be specified; the vehicle will be dispatched based on the actual vehicle available on the day of the event.
If traffic congestion or restrictions occur at any attraction due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic will be charged and will not be refunded.
Please board the bus at the designated location on time. If the number of participants on the day of departure is less than the number originally booked, or if the itinerary information does not match the actual situation and this was not communicated in advance, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be issued.
The order of attractions on the itinerary can be slightly adjusted, as long as a consensus is reached with the driver on the day.
If you need to bring luggage on board, please provide the size and quantity in the order notes (suitcases must be 18 inches or larger).
The service starts 70 mins after your flight/HSR train arrival if not otherwise specified. Please wait at Kaohsiung Airport (KHH) Terminal (Exit 7) or HSR Zuoying Station (Exit 5) for pickup. Please note that the pickup time cannot be changed on the day of the tour. The waiting time for a traveler’s late arrival will be included in the service time and an additional fee of NT$ 30/hr (airport) or NT$ 40/hr (Zuoying HSR station) will be applied when the 15-minute grace period is exceeded
Please avoid eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window, or littering on the vehicle so as to not inconvenience other travelers. A vomit bag is available, please ask for it from the driver when needed. Any damages caused in the car will incur a compensation fee
Please note that pets are not allowed in the vehicle
If picking up from Kaohsiung International Airport, the pick-up time will be calculated starting 70 minutes after the flight's landing time. You will be waiting at Exit 7 of the International Terminal. If the flight is early/delayed or customs clearance is delayed, the pick-up time cannot be changed on the same day. The delay time will be counted in the car rental time, and a parking fee of NT$40/hour will be charged at the airport.
If you are boarding at Zuoying High Speed Rail Station, please wait at Exit 5 of the station at the designated time. If the boarding time cannot be changed on the same day due to the train being earlier/delayed or customs delays, the delay time will be counted in the time of your ride and you will be required to pay a parking fee of NT$50 per hour at the airport.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
