Regarding ticket collection and boarding: On the day of departure, bring your ID card and go directly to the pier counter one hour before departure to collect your tickets (your booking information is already at the counter; only one person needs to collect everyone's ID cards). You will receive your return ticket along with your original ticket; please keep it safe. For the return trip, bring your ticket and arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before departure to queue for boarding. My only concern when booking was the current policy that "the booking result will be confirmed no later than 7 days before departure" and "cancellation is not allowed." This means that in the worst-case scenario, confirmation of the booking wouldn't be available until 7 days before departure, and cancellation wouldn't be possible before then, which was a little unsettling. Tips: (1) Luggage space is limited. If you are carrying two pieces of luggage (such as two large backpacks, or one large backpack and one suitcase), it is recommended to arrive at the waiting area early to avoid not having a place to put them. (2) The air conditioning inside the ship is quite strong. People who are afraid of the cold are advised to bring a light jacket. (3) The journey is relatively long (about 2.5 hours without Green Island; about 3 hours with Green Island). If you are worried about seasickness, remember to prepare seasickness medicine.
