This tour is designed for Japanese tourists and will primarily be conducted in Japanese by a Japanese guide. Tourist information materials in English or Chinese will be provided for foreign tourists.
Customers cannot request specific seats. Generally, foreign tourists are seated in the back of the bus for convenience. For groups of more than 10 people, we may ask you to be assigned to the back seats. Also, if you book in an odd number of people, we may ask you to sit next to other guests.
If weather conditions pose a safety risk and the cable car service is suspended, the Alpine Route may be closed to traffic.
In the event of severe weather that jeopardizes the safety of the trip, if the tour is suspended before entering the Alpine Route on the morning of the second day, the itinerary for the second day will be changed to a sightseeing tour of Kanazawa, and the difference in fare will be refunded.
Due to traffic conditions on the Alpine Route, the departure time on the second day may be moved up, and the length of your stay may be adjusted. The return time may also be significantly delayed.
If the Alpine Route is closed due to bad weather or other reasons, the itinerary may be changed depending on the situation.
