Some plans are based on a single group, but generally the minimum group size is 25. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 7 days before departure.
Based on travel safety and smooth itinerary, the company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is cancelled, the full tour fee will be refunded.
This tour has a minimum group size requirement. If the number of registered participants falls below the minimum, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled to a smaller vehicle, with a single driver and tour leader. Please be advised. If insufficient participants prevent the tour from departing, in accordance with Japan's Tourism Industry Act, we will notify you seven days prior to departure and assist with rescheduling or a full refund.
This tour is based on the number of passengers. Large luggage may not be allowed on board. Please confirm with KKDAY Customer Service in advance if you wish to bring large luggage. Additionally, items deemed unsafe may not be allowed on board. Please be aware of this.
If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions or insufficient number of participants, a full refund will be given. No compensation will be given for travel expenses, transportation, accommodation, etc. No refund or compensation will be given for personal reasons.
Seats on the bus are assigned to one person per seat. Pre-reserved seats are not accepted. During the experience, you may be seated at the same table or table with fellow group members, subject to the tour leader and facility arrangements.
Due to road and weather conditions, the itinerary sequence and travel time may be delayed. Please understand that this may affect your itinerary before booking. Due to accidents, traffic congestion, or weather conditions, the bus may arrive at your destination significantly delayed. Please note that we cannot compensate for losses incurred by you in connection with your transportation or other facilities due to bus delays.
If the tour is cancelled or suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, accidents, war, riots, government orders, etc., a full refund will be made after deducting the actual costs incurred. However, personal expenses for travel, transportation, accommodation, etc. will not be compensated. Please be advised.
If a bus is delayed due to a breakdown or traffic jam, and the itinerary or activity has to be changed or cancelled, passengers may not object or withdraw from the tour on any pretext. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to factors such as bad weather, strikes or unexpected accidents, passengers may not use any pretext to request compensation or refund of the tour fee.
The company, drivers, tour leaders and tour guides are not responsible for any loss of money or property caused by theft under any circumstances and at any location. Passengers are responsible for keeping their own property and documents.
Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers aged 80 and above must be accompanied by family or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Kyushu Zoo may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions. If you are unable to visit on that day, you will be directed to the Oita Umi-no-Tama Aquarium instead. Please be advised.
The Jungle Bus cannot be booked in advance. If you wish to ride the Jungle Bus, you must register on the day of your arrival at the park. This fee is at your own expense. Fares and regulations will be announced on site.
Children under 3 years old can register for the Jungle Bus for free, but they must be held by their parents when riding.
Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent and cannot sign up for the Jungle Bus on their own.
The Jungle Bus ride lasts approximately 50 minutes, but this may vary depending on the speed of the animals. Please consider your own travel time.
Passengers who join the Jungle Bus must abide by the park's posted regulations and refrain from any behavior that could irritate the animals. The company is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the tour due to the actions of any passenger.
Passengers who have been drinking alcohol are not allowed to take the Jungle Bus.
The Jungle Bus travels through mountainous areas, where temperatures can be low and windy in winter. Therefore, it is recommended to bring gloves and cold-weather clothing.
