・This tour is for people over 140cm tall or 10 years old and weighing up to 110kg.
・Even if you weigh less than 110 kg, you will not be able to participate if you are unable to wear a harness.
・Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over or someone with equivalent qualifications.
・Up to three children may accompany one parent on the course.
・Children aged 16 and over do not need a parent or guardian to participate, but please supervise them from the ground.
・Those who are injured or pregnant cannot participate.
・If there are infants or young children who cannot participate in the course, parents are requested to keep an eye on them. - Forest Adventure is a forest adventure facility where you are responsible for your own safety. Please enjoy the activities at your own risk. As these activities involve danger, failure to follow the instructions of staff and facility rules may result in a serious accident. - Regarding health conditions, pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the facility. Also, if you are not feeling well, we ask that you refrain from using the facility.
- Please wear comfortable sneakers and clothes that are easy to move in and don't mind getting dirty. Sandals, high heels, and other shoes that are easy to slip off or have gaps cannot be used.
- Regarding masks and work gloves, wearing a mask is at the discretion of the customer. We also recommend wearing work gloves (or gloves) to prevent injuries to your fingers, so please consider bringing them with you.
Work gloves can be purchased at the facility for 300 yen each. - Please manage your luggage and other valuables at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, accidents, or other troubles that occur within the facility, including the parking lot.
- Regarding course closures: The course may be closed due to weather conditions or other reasons. - For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
