The pre-event preparations were thorough, with clear explanations and pictures. The staff were friendly and patient, and went out of their way to film the entire experience. Our family was very grateful to every staff member at Adventure Island. Free parking was provided (the staff at the information desk will tell you which parking space to park in upon arrival). There were lockers for valuables and hot and cold shower facilities with ample water pressure. The process was simple: after changing into your gear, it was just a 5-minute walk across the road to the pier to board the boat. A brief explanation followed, and the boat took about 10 minutes to reach the waters outside the Blue Cave. Overall, it's highly recommended. A great experience, especially suitable for students and families with young children.

For those who don't want to drive themselves, joining this tour was so convenient! We visited all the classic sights! 👍 On the first day, our guide, Ms. Mou, shared stories during the northern tour, and the kids listened attentively! They loved learning through play! 💕 On the second day, our guide, Ms. Cui, shared interesting anecdotes about life in Japan, which the kids also thoroughly enjoyed. Their legs were exhausted from the previous two days, so joining the tour allowed them to rest on the bus, which was really great. The other members of the group were also very punctual, making our trip very smooth! However, if the time allotted at each attraction could be extended a bit, it would be even more perfect! 😍

Coach SaSa was fantastic! He was incredibly kind and nice. Although his English wasn't great, he tried his best to make us understand and put our minds at ease. On the way back, we shared our experiences and I taught him a little more Chinese, which he hopes he'll be able to use in the future. 👍🏻 The only downside was that the Blue Hole was too crowded... and the time spent in the sea was too short. I hope we can extend the time.

The young man who picked us up on the first day spoke Chinese and was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel completely safe and cared for as soon as we arrived in Japan. The driver arranged for the next two days was a very kind and polite gentleman who patiently accommodated our needs. Although we spoke different languages, he used a translator when needed, bridging the gap between us and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip. The most precious thing about this family trip wasn't just the sights we visited, but the warm and reliable people we met along the way, making us feel at home even in a foreign country. We are very grateful for your company's arrangements and attentive service, which created wonderful and unforgettable memories of Japan.
