As this hotel primarily offers single rooms, even if you book a room for two people, you may be assigned two single rooms. Additionally, you may be assigned a smoking room that has been deodorized during cleaning. We cannot guarantee or specify room type.
We only offer guided tours of the Snow Valley in Murodo. If walking on the trails in Murodo-daira (towards Mikurigaike Pond) involves walking on snow, we will not allow free exploration of Murodo-daira for safety reasons, depending on the remaining snow conditions (to prevent accidents).
The "Snow Valley Walk" may be canceled due to weather conditions such as snowfall, dense fog, or strong winds, or other unavoidable circumstances at the site.
Depending on weather and congestion, the start and end times may be changed, and the course may be shortened.

The Kurobe Dam's tourist water release may be canceled due to weather conditions (scheduled release period: June 26th to October 15th).
The departure and arrival times for round-trip trains are based on the timetable at the time the recruitment advertisement was created, and there may be a difference of 5 to 10 minutes due to the railway company's annual timetable revision in mid-March.
Due to congestion, seating arrangements, and the use of group tickets, we cannot accommodate requests for specific train departure and arrival times, or for window or aisle seats. While non-smoking seats will be provided on the Shinkansen, even for bookings of two or more people, seats may not be adjacent.
Children (elementary school age) pay a discount of 3,000 yen off the adult fare. Children aged 3-5 (preschoolers) pay 10,000 yen. For safety reasons, bus seats will be provided during the trip for an additional fee. Please note that train seats and meals are not provided. If you require train seats, meals, bedding, etc., these will be provided at the child fare.
Due to the expected heavy congestion on the Alpine Route immediately after its opening, your departure time from the accommodation may be around 6:00 AM. (If your departure time is earlier, breakfast may be a packed lunch.)
Due to unexpectedly high traffic congestion and overcrowding at tourist spots, we may be forced to omit some sightseeing locations, shorten sightseeing times, or cause delays in arrival at your accommodation.
As this is a group-wide arrangement, we cannot accept requests to change the meal content except in cases where there is a possibility of endangering physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also do not offer refunds for meals or allow customers to take meals home.
Effective May 1, 2025, for domestic travel departing on or after this date, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to meal plans due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus the actual cost of any price difference.
