A minimum of 18 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
Please read the following precautions and cancellation policy carefully before registering. Registration is deemed to be acceptance of the event specifications.
Parents are responsible for daily pick-up and drop-off. Please pick up and drop off students on time. The latest pick-up and drop-off time is 19:00.
During the course activities, in order to keep the students and the course going smoothly, parents are not allowed to enter without permission unless there is an emergency or the organizer takes the initiative to contact.
It is recommended that students avoid bringing valuable items, such as mobile phones, electronic products or excessive pocket money, during the event. The organizer will not be able to compensate for loss, damage, borrowing disputes, etc.
If you need to take sick leave, you can refund or apply for a reservation by providing a diagnosis certificate or medical receipt. A handling fee of NT$ 200/day will be charged for sick leave refunds. If the reason for taking leave is personal, no refund or reservation will be granted.
Please note that the event footage taken during the event will be used by the organizer for free publicity.
The organizer reserves the final right to change course content and time.
