The minimum number of participants is 1 person. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 12:00), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent journey. No one will be waited for after the time is up.
If you are late for personal reasons and are unable to join the tour, no refund will be made. Please note.
The sightseeing bus is a group trip, so please be sure to abide by the meeting time at each meeting point to avoid delaying other passengers' trips.

Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the end time may be delayed or there may be unexpected situations. Guests who are taking a flight on the day are not recommended to participate in this tour. Please note.
Each person can bring a maximum of one 29-inch suitcase.
You can choose not to follow the bus back to the departure point after the trip, but please inform us in advance in the remarks column; if you decide to do so on the spot, please sign the Chinese/English/Korean affidavit before leaving the group.
There is no toilet on the bus, but don't worry, the staff will guide you to the toilet when you arrive at each attraction.

The vehicle and model used will vary depending on the number of participants on the day. If there are fewer people, a small car with a driver who also serves as a tour guide (Chinese) will be used.
The temperature at the top of the mountain is low, so please keep warm. If the cable car is not in service due to weather or other reasons, you will be directed to Umijigoku instead.

From Beppu city center, you can conveniently reach Beppu Ropeway by local bus. Take a bus bound for 'Tsurumidake' (鶴見岳) from Beppu Station. The bus ride typically takes around 20-30 minutes, directly dropping you off at the ropeway station. Taxis are also available for a more direct, though usually pricier, alternative.
