Kitchen Hell is one of them. It is said that a long time ago, the temperature of hell was used to make sacrificial food in the spring and autumn temple fairs of Ujigami Kamado Hachiman Shrine, and the custom began to call it "Kitchen Hell". The violent jets and high-temperature hot springs make the temperature of the hell springs as high as 90 degrees.

※If the cable car is out of service or the view is not good, we will go to the facility: Umijigoku ※From April 1, 2025, the Beppu cable car fee will not be included in the tour fee. The fee must be paid on site.
※The cable car will be closed for inspection from June to August 2025, so you will visit the Kokonoe Yume Suspension Bridge instead. The original itinerary will resume on August 2.
Reminders
The minimum number of participants is 1 person. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 12:00), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent journey. No one will be waited for after the time is up.
If you are late for personal reasons and are unable to join the tour, no refund will be made. Please note.
The sightseeing bus is a group trip, so please be sure to abide by the meeting time at each meeting point to avoid delaying other passengers' trips.
In case of severe weather such as typhoons, natural disasters, etc., the entire trip may be temporarily cancelled. Guests will be notified by email and a full refund will be given.
Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the end time may be delayed or there may be unexpected situations. Guests who are taking a flight on the day are not recommended to participate in this tour. Please note.
Each person can bring a maximum of one 29-inch suitcase.
You can choose not to follow the bus back to the departure point after the trip, but please inform us in advance in the remarks column; if you decide to do so on the spot, please sign the Chinese/English/Korean affidavit before leaving the group.
There is no toilet on the bus, but don't worry, the staff will guide you to the toilet when you arrive at each attraction.
This product is a carpooling service, and there will be other guests riding with you. Parking is not allowed outside the scenic spots.

The vehicle and model used will vary depending on the number of participants on the day. If there are fewer people, a small car with a driver who also serves as a tour guide (Chinese) will be used.
The temperature at the top of the mountain is low, so please keep warm. If the cable car is not in service due to weather or other reasons, you will be directed to Umijigoku instead.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
