Please do not delete eSIM after activating. The eSIM QR code can only be activated once. We are not able to assist you if the eSIM has been deleted from the device.

Step 2: If the “Add eSIM” section is available, your phone does support eSIM service.

Step 2: Your IMEI number will be displayed. If the EID number is displayed, your device is eSIM compatible. Please note the EID info (if available). This is your eSIM serial number.
