Nine senior friends from my company visited Malaysia from Japan for the first time and used a private charter car for a day trip to Malacca and a city tour. We searched for various tours for a group of 10, but couldn't find anything suitable. We found Kkday's charter car, which was reasonably priced and easy to use. They were able to handle traffic jams and heavy rain, making for a very satisfying trip.
I disembarked at Terminal 1 and needed to take the Airport Rail Link to Terminal 2, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the SIM card installation process went smoothly, and I could access the internet without roaming. I could also make unlimited local calls, making it very convenient to book various trips. But sometimes the signal would suddenly drop completely, only to automatically return to normal after a second or two, which was a bit strange. This also happened at the hotel (which is a little far from the city center in Kuala Lumpur)! But the signal was perfectly normal in other cities like Malacca.
From booking to the day of the tour, they provided truly excellent support. Our driver, Ooi Jin, was very kind, courteous, and drove safely. He arrived at the hotel early and made sure I'd had breakfast, then took me to a local restaurant. I dipped a soft-boiled egg in sweet kaya toast and enjoyed it with strong coffee. We took a boat to the photo spot. The tide quickly went out, revealing the blue sky. The photographer guided me through poses, and I was able to strike any pose I wanted. Using props, we were able to take some great photos. He took about six photos of each pose, so before I knew it, we had over 150! This is a highly recommended tour! By the way, when I requested to be dropped off at Masjid Negara instead of the hotel, he took me there.
