Our tour guide, Joe, provided excellent service. He was friendly and professional, and being from Hong Kong, communicating in Cantonese was very convenient. The entire itinerary went smoothly, and he thoughtfully recommended must-buy souvenirs and delicious foods. We were extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend him!

The driver's service was excellent. The 7-seater vehicle was new and clean, with comfortable seats. The customized charter allowed me to travel at my own pace, making it a pleasant journey.

The zoo boasts a wide variety of animals and is very well-managed, allowing visitors to clearly observe all the creatures. Its convenient location makes it a highly recommended destination for friends and family. If you visit Hokkaido, you must visit this zoo.

Easy to use, signal is available as soon as you get off the plane. Except for Mount Fuji, which is a bit remote and has no signal, there is signal everywhere else. 21GB is more than enough. Thumbs up! 👍

The travel time was well-planned, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment of Hokkaido's pastoral scenery. Overall, this was a trip that exceeded our expectations.
