Skiing and snow activities involve certain risks. Please participate according to your health condition and follow the safety regulations of the ski resort. It is recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance that covers skiing activities.
Actual open ski slopes and lift operations are subject to the resort's daily announcements. The tour schedule and content may be adjusted in case of heavy snow, strong winds, road closures, or lift suspensions.
Children must be accompanied by an adult or enrolled in a designated lesson. It is not recommended for unaccompanied children to ski or play in the snow alone.
Due to limited luggage space in the vehicle, each guest is generally allowed to bring 1 suitcase up to 20 inches. If you need to bring a larger suitcase, a stroller, or other large items, please inform us when booking so we can confirm vehicle space. Items may not be loaded if not confirmed in advance.
Accommodation will be arranged at a hot spring hotel in the Naeba area on the day of the tour; specific hotels cannot be requested.
Room types will be arranged based on the number of guests and availability on the day of the tour; specific room types, floors, or views cannot be requested. Requests for twin or double rooms can be noted during booking, and we will do our best to coordinate, but final arrangements cannot be guaranteed. Children must share a room with at least 1 adult. Extra beds, cribs, and no-bed arrangements are subject to hotel policies and actual room availability.
This tour does not include lift passes, ski equipment/clothing rentals, or ski lessons. Please purchase them on-site at the ski resort or book in advance.
