Overtime fee
The tour duration is 10 hours (default departure and return in Nagoya city; if pickup and drop-off are in different locations, the empty vehicle return time will be deducted). Overtime will be charged at JPY 5,000/hour for 7-10 seaters, JPY 8,000/hour for 14 seaters, and JPY 10,000/hour for 18-21 seaters (payable on-site).
Driver's accommodation fee
For multi-day private charter services, an additional driver's accommodation fee of JPY 8,000-15,000 per night is required (please confirm the exact amount with Customer Support).
Child seat (second seat onwards)
The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional child seat will incur an extra fee of JPY 2,000. Please specify your requirements when booking.
Vehicle damage and cleaning fees
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or third-party vehicles due to personal reasons. If the vehicle's carpet or seats are soiled by vomiting, or if seats or carpets are contaminated by a child's excrement, the cleaning fee will be borne by the passenger.
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy
Bookings can be made at least 2 days before the departure date.
Please specify your preferred itinerary in the remarks when booking. To ensure a smooth experience, the order of attractions may be adjusted on the day of departure based on real-time traffic conditions.
The driver will wait for free for 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are late, the delay will be deducted from the total duration of the private charter, and no extra time will be provided. If you do not show up or cannot be reached at the pickup location (e.g., hotel/B&B) after 30 minutes, the driver will depart, and the full amount will be charged with no refund.
Vehicle images are for reference only. If the specified vehicle model or color is unavailable, it will be replaced with a vehicle of the same class. Vehicle availability depends on the situation on the day. You must provide the actual number of passengers (infants and children must be included in the passenger count).
The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas.

If you are unable to complete the itinerary within the scheduled service hours due to lateness, you may choose to continue the tour and pay the overtime fee, or adjust the itinerary to shorten the time spent at attractions to fit within the scheduled hours.
An additional fee will be charged for overtime caused by traffic congestion, regardless of whether it is due to natural causes or traffic regulations.
