Purchase Notice
- After ordering, dates/number of people/ticket types/room types cannot be changed. Please confirm that the number of people and ticket specifications are correct when ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- THSR seats are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee consecutive seating, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you have a need for consecutive seats, please state it in the remarks field, but the actual arrangement will be subject to the system's seat assignment results.
- If you need to change the train, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before the departure date, and only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days before the departure date.
- THSR booking dates open 29 days before the departure date. Orders can be placed 29 days in advance, but there is no guarantee that THSR seats can be obtained.
- Since THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, tickets can be flexibly booked up to Sunday. If your requested itinerary date exceeds the available booking date, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train after the booking window opens, but it will still be subject to the actual train seat availability confirmed by the staff.
- Due to different regional and hotel system attributes, if you have special requirements (such as one large bed/two small beds; baby crib, etc.), please submit them when the order is placed. We will submit the request to the hotel for you, but whether it is obtained depends on the hotel's room availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by hotel, and on-site surcharges are subject to hotel regulations.
- Purchasing a child without a bed only includes insurance and administrative fees. If you need a THSR ticket, you can purchase it when selecting the number of tickets. Any other derivative costs must be handled on-site.
- Child without a bed: This means the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child without a bed. A maximum of 2 children without a bed are allowed (if there are additional restrictions on the number of people, please refer to the child definition description for each product). Children without a bed do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is complete. You must wait for the order processing staff to confirm and issue a voucher to indicate that the order is successful. If you have any concerns, please do not place an order.
- To book a wheelchair seat on the train, please contact the ticket window at each station or call the THSR customer service hotline (4066-3000). Travel agencies do not provide wheelchair seat booking services. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the product's ordering instructions and related agreements. If the purchaser is not the passenger themselves, the purchaser acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the passenger of each itinerary. Once agreed to, the ordering instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the passenger, and subsequent defenses based on the passenger's lack of knowledge or understanding will not be accepted.
In response to the pandemic, the hotel breakfast restaurant will open based on the situation. Dining locations and formats will be adjusted dynamically, subject to on-site arrangements.
If you purchase a 'Concession/Senior Ticket' price, please be sure to carry valid identification on the day of departure for THSR station staff to verify. If you fail to bring identification or if there is a discrepancy during verification, THSR has the right to refuse your boarding. You will need to purchase another THSR ticket to board, and the original THSR holiday ticket cannot be refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations are not applicable as departure and arrival stations for each other (e.g., for an itinerary with an arrival station of Taipei, Nangang and Banqiao stations are not applicable as departure stations).
The price includes one full-fare round-trip reserved seat in the THSR standard car; the travel date must be the same as the hotel check-in or itinerary departure date. A single order is limited to departure and destination stations being the same, and travel must be on the same train. If you need to delay your return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer. The package includes round-trip tickets and cannot be refunded for a single leg.
The THSR tickets in this package are discounted tickets, valid only for the designated date and train. They are non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost, so please keep them safe. Any alterations, damage that makes them unidentifiable, or photocopies will be considered invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's regulations. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the promotional price is limited by the number of rooms available; actual available room types depend on sales status and cannot be changed to other room types.
For pre-orders departing 29 days or more in advance, please fill in 2-3 preferred THSR train times for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual train times obtained will be subject to confirmation by customer service.

－ How to use THSR Holiday －
- Taiwan High Speed Rail
- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the THSR station.
- THSR bookings are only available within 29 days of the departure date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, we will book your tickets and send them out once the booking window opens.
- All passengers in the same booking must board and alight at the same stations; different boarding or alighting stations are not permitted.
- THSR Holiday is a special package, and there are specific regulations regarding the departure and arrival stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be provided for alighting at intermediate stations, and any travel beyond the designated stations must be paid for at the fare difference announced by THSR.

－ THSR Holiday Cancellation Notes －
- According to THSR Holiday ticket regulations, no single leg of the journey can be refunded.
- All refunds must be processed through KKday; THSR station ticket counters cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Note: Per THSR Holiday ticket regulations, if multiple people are booked under the same order, any refunds or exchanges must be processed for the entire group. Individual refunds or exchanges are not permitted, and a processing fee will be charged for all passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
－ THSR Holiday Cancellation Policy －
- Please contact KKday customer service first if you need to cancel your order.
- Due to administrative processing times, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below. Cancellation requests are only accepted daily between 08:30 and 16:00. Requests submitted after these hours will be considered as having been submitted on the following day.
- If the THSR tickets have already been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (a round-trip ticket counts as 2 tickets).
- 8 days or more before the departure date (excluding the departure date): Free cancellation. 4 to 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date): A 30% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged for changes or cancellations.
- Within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date): A 70% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged for changes or cancellations.
- On the departure date: A 100% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged for changes or cancellations.
- (Example: For a departure on 12/8, free cancellation is available if requested by 11/30; a 30% fee will be charged for changes or cancellations made between 12/1 and 12/4; a 70% fee will be charged for changes or cancellations made between 12/5 and 12/7)
