- When using the car ferry, buses within Sado Island, or the Niigata City Loop Bus, please exchange your voucher for your actual second-class ferry ticket and bus ticket at the respective ticket counter in advance.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless all car ferries are cancelled on the day of travel.
