Purchase Notice
This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
Eligibility: This tour is not valid for Japanese nationals. It is available to overseas tourists only.
This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
The contents of the lantern floating ceremony, fireworks program, and number of fireworks are subject to change without notice.
Lanterns will be sold on the event day. Guests who wish to participate may purchase them near the entrance, while supplies last.
The tour will operate even in rainy weather if the fireworks festival is held. However, the event may be canceled in cases of severe weather such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain, or rising river levels that may create dangerous conditions.
Unless the fireworks organizer officially announces cancellation before departure, the tour will proceed as scheduled. In some cases, the final cancellation decision may be made early on the day of the event, and notifications may be provided by the tour escort on the day itself.
If the fireworks festival is canceled or postponed after tour departure due to sudden severe weather, no refunds will be provided for the tour fee, including viewing seat charges.
If postponement is decided before departure due to a typhoon or other reasons, the tour will be canceled. In this case, the tour price minus the viewing seat fee (3,000 yen) will be refunded.
If cancellation of the fireworks festival is confirmed by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. However, if the fireworks are canceled after tour departure, no refunds will be provided.
Guests will walk approximately 20 minutes from the parking area to the festival venue. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing.
Please bring your own items for heatstroke prevention, such as hats, drinks, or cooling goods.
As this is a fireworks viewing tour, return time will be late at night. Due to congestion and traffic conditions, guests may not be able to connect to the last public transportation services. Any additional transportation costs, such as taxi fares, will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that arrival will be after midnight. Guests are advised to confirm transportation arrangements in advance and prepare alternative options in case public transportation is no longer available.
