Product Info

Enjoy a classic one-day tour of Kyushu, taking you effortlessly through popular spots in Yufuin, Hita, and Fukuoka. Experience hot spring town scenery, scenic railway trains, historic districts, and anime pilgrimage sites all in one day. No need to worry about complex transportation; this tour is perfect for first-time visitors to Japan, families, and independent travelers.

The tour begins with a visit to the [Yufuin Onsen Town], where you can freely stroll around Lake Kinrin and Yunotsubo Street to soak in the artistic atmosphere of the town. Enjoy lunch at your leisure; we recommend local specialties such as Bungo beef dishes, Japanese-style kamameshi (kettle rice), and hot spring pudding, allowing you to relax amidst the mountains and water.

Next, experience the highlight of this itinerary: the [Yufuin → Hita transportation experience]. You have two options: choose to ride the popular sightseeing train [Yufuin no Mori], where you will be accompanied by a tour guide as you travel through Kyushu's forests and valleys, admiring the scenery of Mt. Yufu, Mt. Kirikabu, and the Kusu River; or choose to travel to Hita by tour bus and meet up with the guide and the group to continue the rest of the itinerary.

Upon arriving in Hita, head to the [Mameda-machi historic district] (if the brewery is closed, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit here instead). Stroll through the 'Little Kyoto of Kyushu' townscape, feel the rustic atmosphere of the Edo-period merchant streets, and enjoy shopping for local specialties and souvenirs at your leisure.

We have specially arranged a choice between the [Sapporo Beer Hita Factory] or the [Attack on Titan in Hita Museum ANNEX] for you to visit, where you can experience beer brewing culture or an immersive anime exhibition. You can also take a photo with the Levi Ackerman statue from Attack on Titan to complete your pilgrimage.

Finally, visit [Nyoirin-ji Temple (Frog Temple)] to admire approximately 10,000 frog statues and seasonal wind chime decorations (available from June to September). Let the crisp sound of wind chimes and the serene temple atmosphere provide a healing conclusion to your journey.

A torii gate stands beside 金鳞湖, reflected in the calm water among trees and distant mountains in 由布院.

Lake Kinrin is one of Yufuin's most representative natural attractions, located at the foot of Mount Yufu. The lake is fed by both hot spring water and fresh water, and due to the temperature difference, it often presents a dreamlike scene of mist swirling around it in the early morning and when the air temperature is lower, resembling a fairyland.

The 由布院之森列车 travels across a railway bridge above a rushing stream, surrounded by lush mountains in 九州.

Take a ride on the popular sightseeing train "Yufuin no Mori" and traverse the mountain forests and valleys between Yufuin and Hita. The retro wooden carriages and large panoramic windows make the journey itself a unique experience. Along the way, you can enjoy views of natural landscapes such as Mount Yufu, Mount Bokuzu, and the Kusu River, experiencing the most representative rural railway scenery in Kyushu.

The Attack on Titan Levi statue stands with blades raised in a battle pose at an outdoor plaza in Hita.

Located in Hita City, this is one of the popular photo spots featuring bronze statues of characters from Attack on Titan. The Levi Ackerman statue is exquisitely crafted, perfectly capturing the character's essence, and is an important attraction for pilgrims. Visitors can stop briefly to take photos and experience the unique charm of the work combined with the city.
