— Important Information —

• Please make your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• If the customer requests the driver to wait and remains contactable, we will wait according to the customer’s request. However, if the customer cannot be reached, the driver will wait for a maximum of 120 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this period, the booking will be considered a “No Show.”

• Pets and animals are strictly not allowed in the vehicle under any circumstances.

— Vehicle Information —

• Toyota Camry: Maximum 3 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage
  

— Booking Terms & Conditions —

• No refunds will be provided in cases of late arrival or failure to show up for the service.
  
• Service hours will begin from the pickup time specified by the customer during checkout.
  
• Travel schedules may be subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the service date.
  
• In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the provider’s control, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  
• Customers may choose to reschedule the service date or request a full refund.
