The prices are reasonable, and there are many branches to choose from. The massages are comfortable. You need to book in advance, otherwise there won't be any options. There are many different packages; I chose the most traditional Thai massage. It was very comfortable.

I requested self-service. Everything from confirmation after application to guidance on the day was handled flawlessly via LINE, allowing me to use the service without any hesitation. I was able to pass through immigration without having to wait in line in the fast track lane. I applied because I expected it to be crowded as I was arriving at 4:00 PM, but the general lane wasn't too crowded either, and I was able to collect my checked baggage at the same time as my flight companions. Now that advance online applications have started, I wonder if the general lane will be smoother as well?

Pass is convenient in the way that I don’t need to communicate with the staff that may not know English and the app helpful for finding routes and tracking buses and boats. However, the ETAs wasn’t that precise when I used.
