Gondola and lift tickets are valid only for the specified date.
Shinkansen tickets must be used as per the travel itinerary.
Any purchased tickets may not be changed or refunded.
Please note that tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
This product is available exclusively for inbound tourists; only foreign passport holders are eligible to apply. Japanese passport holders are not eligible to purchase this ticket.

The opening hours of the ski center, slopes, and rental counter are as follows.
December 13th - March 31st, April 1st - April 5th
〇 Ski Center: 7:00 AM - 7:15 PM (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM from April 1st - April 5th)
〇 Slopes: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
〇 Rental Counter: Rental 7:40 AM - 3:15 PM, Returns 5:45 PM
April 6th - May 6th (Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays)
〇 Ski Center: 7:30 AM - 5:10 PM
〇 Slopes: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
〇 Rental Counter: Rental 7:40 AM - 2:45 PM, Returns 4:30 PM
Lift tickets and Shinkansen tickets are not refundable.
Please present your lift ticket e-ticket at the ticket counter/information desk located immediately in front of the Shinkansen ticket gates.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 32 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–31 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
